Compact CQB Performance

The Nightguard was created in direct response to the overwhelming request for a Guardian-style blade built on the Nightstalker handle platform. We shortened the blade to just under 3 inches to make it more CCW friendly in states that restrict blade length, while keeping it discreet and highly capable for EDC. Positioned perfectly between the Nightshade Reverse Tanto and the Nightstalker in blade length, the Nightguard delivers a compact but brutal CQB profile that turned out even nastier than expected.

Hybrid Wharncliffe Power

The Nightguard blends a T.Kell take on the Wharncliffe with Reverse Tanto and pikal influences to create a devastating CQB tool. The dead flat primary edge is paired with reverse tanto style reverse edges for maximum cutting aggression. A steep 30 degree grind delivers deep, wide cuts while preserving strength from the .165 thick steel. Heat treated to exacting standards with our detailed process, the Nightguard maintains the durability, edge retention, and cutting authority needed for real world use.

Night Series Control and Durability

Built on the famed Night Series handle platform, the Nightguard uses a secure ring grip that locks you to the blade in forward or reverse grip and maintains comfort through the perfectly contoured handles. The Nickel Boron coating creates a nearly indestructible finish with ultra low friction that glides through material while shielding the blade from corrosion. Balanced, concealable, and ready for battle, the Nightguard is designed for the same extreme environments that define all T. Kell blades.
